About text updates

If you subscribe, H & H MERCHANDISE, LLC may send recurring promotional announcements, offers and marketing updates by text. Your consent applies only to these messages from our company.

Your consent is optional

You opt in through our SMS preferences page by entering your mobile number, selecting the separate marketing checkbox and submitting the form. The checkbox is not selected in advance. By taking these steps, you provide prior express written consent to recurring marketing texts, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, applying for a role or employment. A career inquiry, purchase or provision of contact details alone is not SMS consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. We do not charge a separate fee to join the program. Contact your wireless provider about your plan charges.

Opt out

Reply STOP to a marketing text at any time to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further marketing messages will be sent unless you provide new express written consent. Other clear requests to stop messages will also be honored. Opting out does not affect career consideration or purchases.

Your number and message delivery

Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use. Let us know if you stop using that number. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers and consent records are handled. We do not sell, rent or transfer SMS opt-in consent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the current version here. Changes do not expand your consent to another sender or unrelated message subject; any such expansion requires new consent.
